Currently OCMI is preparing an application to the City of Coquitlam to build the 30-storey tower. The rezoning process usually takes 2 years, but we are adding a 1-year buffer. At the 3 year mark, the decision will be made on whether to flip the project to a third party or proceed with construction ourselves.

OCMI then will have the opportunity to flip the project to a third party development, or proceed with construction themselves depending on the projects expected value. This flexible exit strategy benefits investors to either continue with construction or exit with a sale.
