Revesco Properties Trust is a US Dollar denominated perpetual life REIT that was recently established to acquire ownership in open-air shopping centers and mixed-use properties in strong growing trade areas with dynamic and diversified economies throughout the United States. On average over 50% of the annual targeted return will come from current cash flow with the balance coming from asset appreciation and increased rental income, due to rising rents and increased occupancies. Asset class breakdown: 80% Open air shopping centres + mixed use buildings with 20% Development / debt projects.
