The Epiphany Legacy Investment Mutual Fund Trust was established to generate sustainable growth through strategic real estate investments across Western Canada’s secondary market. Since its inception in Fall 2021, the Fund has secured $85 million in assets under management, including a blend of multi-residential and commercial properties. Built on a foundation with roots dating back to 2009, the Fund leverages over a century of senior management experience in real estate, capital markets, and operational management. With a focus on maximising investor returns and generating strong cash flow, the Fund operates with a disciplined approach to asset acquisition and management. The Trusts’ priorities are driven by deriving sustainable value and long-term accretive growth for its investors.

Currently offering its second series of Class A Units, the Fund anticipates an annual yield of up to 8.2%, with a total target annual return ranging from 12-15%. 

The Fund’s acquisition strategy is built around rigorous market intelligence, disciplined decision-making and operational excellence. Assets are selected and managed with a focus on delivering sustainable value and long-term capital appreciation, supported by quarterly income distributions and reinvestment opportunities through a DRIP program. The Fund is also structured to maximise tax efficiency, allowing investments to be held within registered accounts.
