We are a full stack team of legal & compliance professionals, accountants, marketers, technologists and dealing representatives.

Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to:

  • Understand the Parvis target customer, and own brand identity and brand guidelines to appropriately and effectively present our brand and product via our e-commerce, marketing, and PR touch points
  • Discover, test, & establish new acquisition channels
  • Own lifecycle marketing & email marketing to drive higher prospect-to-trial conversion rates
  • Drive high-quality leads in the mid-market segment for the sales team
  • Generate demand and increase top-of-funnel metrics, measured by increased visitors and qualified leads
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across the organization – provide all areas of the organization education about our customer
  • Develop customer segmentation approach and define segments for appropriate segmentation messaging
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports. Source, evaluate, prioritize, tests, implement, and optimize innovative methods for reaching and converting new customers, to support business goals and objectives
  • Develop KPIs, measure and report on them
  • Direct and inspire content planning and creation
  • Oversee the development of effective CRM strategy and plans and ensure that all online and offline marketing integrate around a CRM approach
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience as a PMM, relevant experience as a marketing leader ideally from an online / e-commerce environment.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or FinTech a definite asset
  • Strong understanding of brand and direct marketing.
  • Degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success using marketing analytics, customer feedback, customer value, behavior, segmentation and targeting techniques and tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
  • Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions
  • Strong ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects across product lines
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing an all-encompassing marketing strategy that connects the right customers to our brand and builds customer loyalty. The marketing director will help us promote our offerings, and identify what consumers want so we can create more. Lead a team of writers, designers, and account managers, and interact with clients on a regular basis.
